Step 1. Download & Setup

1. Download Studio Era

2. Enter email

3. Complete personalized questionnaire

Step 2. Add Challenge Plan

⏱️ 1 minute

1. Select Explore and then Workouts.

2. Select the December Challenge.

3. Hit Add to schedule.

4. Choose Dec 1st as your start date and hit Add to Schedule again. (You can also start the challenge on any day you like).

Step 3. Add Meal Plan (Optional but highly recomended)

1. Go to the Explore tab on the bottom menu bar.

2. Select Nutrition from the top menu bar.

3. Select a meal plan. (We recommend choosing a meal plan that's closest to your Target Calories. These were calculated from your onboarding questions.)

4. Hit Add to Schedule.

5. Select today as your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

Step 4. Connect Step tracker

  1. Select Home from the bottom menu bar and then hit Connect Apple Health / Fitbit or Connect Google Fit / Fitbit for Android users.

2. Select the app which you will sync your wearable to and follow any setup prompts.

Note: If you’re using a wearable with a different app, no problem! Simply sync that app to Apple Health (for iOS users) or Google Fit (for Android users), then connect this app to Studio Era, and your step data will seamlessly flow in.

Dumbbells (3 pairs):

  • Heavy: 15+ lbs (7+kg)

  • Medium: 10+ lbs (5+kg)

  • Light: 4+ lbs (2+kg)

Accessories

  • Booty band

  • Yoga block

  • Any sturdy chair
