Step 1. Personal details

Start by downloading the Studio Era app.

Enter your account email and create your password.

Complete your personalized onboarding questionnaire. Here you’ll input things like age, height and weight so we can recommend the appropriate nutrition plan.

Step 2. Add challenge workouts to schedule

Start by hitting Explore and then Workouts from your dashboard.

Now choose the Spring Lean Challenge.

Hit Add to schedule.

Choose March 1st as your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

Step 3. Pick a meal plan (optional but highly recommended)

Go to the Explore tab on the bottom menu bar.

Select Nutrition from the top menu bar.

Select a meal plan. (We recommend choosing a meal plan that's closest to your Target Calories. These were calculated from your onboarding questions.)

Hit Add to Schedule.

Select March 1st as your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

Step 4. Connect Step Tracker

Select Home from the bottom menu bar and then hit Connect Apple Health / Fitbit or Connect Google Fit / Fitbit for Android users.

Select the app which you will sync your wearable to and follow any setup prompts.

Step 5. Join the community

Hit the button below and enter your Studio Era account email to request community access.

Open the invitation sent to your inbox and hit JOIN GROUP.

Quickly create your free Skool account. Or log in if you already have one. (This is where the community is hosted)

Open the welcome post pinned at the top of the community feed and introduce yourself. Here I’ll also provide some more details on how to utilise the community for maximum results.

Step 6. Equipment

Get ready for an absolute blast!!!! For the best results I suggest getting the following or something similar:

  • Heavy dumbbell pair - 15+lbs (7+kg)
  • Medium dumbbell pair - 9+lbs (4+kg)
  • Light dumbbell pair - 4+lbs (2+kg)
  • Booty band
  • Yoga block
  • Chair (any old chair will do)

Note:

  • Equipment is available at amazing prices from places like Amazon.

  • These weights are a great starting point, however please choose heavier when you are ready too.

Awesome! You are now ready for March 1st!!

The challenge workouts/walks will become available in the app as we move through the challenge schedule.

The only other thing you’ll need to do is perform a check-in on March 1st and March 30th to compare your progress.
