The workouts are follow-along style, meaning we’ll be doing them together—it's such a vibe! Expect great music, a supportive atmosphere, and a serious sweat session. You can AirPlay or cast the workouts to your TV or laptop for a bigger screen. They’re perfect for your living room setup!

We’ve got plenty of bodyweight workouts if you don’t have access to equipment. For the best results, I recommend having three pairs of dumbbells (something around 5 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs) and a booty band. That’s all you need to absolutely crush it!

Not at all! All of our workouts are designed to be done from home or wherever you feel comfortable. Some programs may suggest light weights and a booty band, but even if you don’t have equipment, our bodyweight workouts are super effective.

Our meal plans are whole-food, animal-based, and ridiculously simple. No fancy pomegranate salads here—just nutrient-dense meals that focus on protein, crush cravings, and support your fat loss goals. They’re easy to prep, satisfying, and delicious.

No, unfortunately, this program isn’t suitable for vegetarians.

Yes! Many of our recipes are naturally dairy-free, and for those that aren’t, we provide easy swaps so you can enjoy every meal worry-free.

If you follow our meal plans, you will be following your recommended calories and macros and won’t need to count. You will just need to follow your meal plan.
If you prefer to create your own meals, we’ll provide you with calorie and macro goals to help you stay on track. In this case, we recommend tracking your food for at least 2 weeks to get a good understanding of portions and nutrients. Studio Era also has tracking tools like a barcode scanner to make logging meals simple.For those who just love the workouts and aren’t interested in the nutrition portion, you can totally make the program your own.

We have a large recipe library with gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options, making it easy to adjust for your dietary needs.

Most of our workouts are 30–40 minutes long—perfect for fitting into a busy day while still getting amazing results. We also offer a collection of quick 10-minute workouts for when you’re short on time.
