  • Absolutely! Many of our members are navigating menopause, and Studio Era is designed with women’s unique needs in mind, supporting you through this stage of life with tailored workouts and nutrition guidance.

  • We have plenty of bodyweight workouts if you don’t have access to equipment. For the best results, I recommend having three pairs of dumbbells (something around 5 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs) and a booty band. That’s all you need to absolutely crush it!
