Step 1. Personal details

Start by downloading the Studio Era app.

Enter your account email and create your password.

Complete your personalized onboarding questionnaire. Here you’ll input things like age, height and weight so we can recommend the appropriate nutrition plan.

Step 2. Choose workout program

Start by hitting Select a Program from your home dashboard.

Now choose your program. Choose either the 3, 4 or 5 day version.

Hit Add to schedule.

Choose your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

Step 3. Pick a meal plan

Go to the Explore tab on the bottom menu bar.

Select Nutrition from the top menu bar.

Select a meal plan. (We recommend choosing a meal plan that's closest to your Target Calories. These were calculated from your onboarding questions.)

Hit Add to Schedule.

Select a start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

Step 4. Connect Step Tracker

Select Home from the bottom menu bar and then hit Connect Apple Health / Fitbit or Connect Google Fit / Fitbit for Android users.

Select the app which you will sync your wearable to and follow any setup prompts.

Step 5. Join the community

Hit the button and enter your account email to request community access.

Open the invitation sent to your inbox and hit JOIN GROUP.

Quickly create your free Skool account. Or log in if you already have one. (This is where the community is hosted)

Now head to the [WELCOME] post, pinned at the top of the feed, and watch the community intro video (2 mins). Here is where I'll give you a quick rundown on how to get the most out of the community.

Step 6. Equipment

My follow-along home workouts are like nothing you have ever done before, so get ready for an absolute blast!!!! For the best results I suggest getting the following:

  • Heavy dumbbell pair - 15+lbs (7+kg)
  • Medium dumbbell pair - 9+lbs (4+kg)
  • Light dumbbell pair - 4+lbs (2+kg)
  • Booty band
  • Chair

Note:

  • Equipment is available at amazing prices from places like Amazon.

  • These weights are a great starting point, however please choose heavier when you are ready too.

  • Don't have any equipment yet, but ready to start? No problem, order your equipment and get started right away with my bodyweight workouts. You can find them in the 'On Demand' library. Once your equipment arrives, move into your program.
