Oats
1 scoop - Whey Protein Isolate (I use chocolate)
1 tbsp - Cocoa Powder
1 dash - Salt
60 g - Rolled Oats
20 g - Natural Peanut Butter
Optional
1 pinch - Monk Fruit
HOW TO PREPARE
Step 1.
Place all ingredients in a small pot and cover with1 cup of water. Continuously stir on medium heat. Feel free to add more water as it expands. Once gooey - top with peanut butter. Enjoy!
