Do I need any workout experience?
Nope. You can do this at any experience level. All exercises can be modified to suit the most beginner levels.
Do I need any equipment?
Ideally yes. However all exercises can be modified to do without equipment.
I’ll be using the following and I encourage you to do the same:
1x Booty Band
1x heavy pair of dumbbells - 15+lbs (7+kg)
1x medium pair of dumbells - 9+lbs (4+kg)
1x light pair of dumbbells - 4+lbs (2+kg)
Are the workouts follow-along workouts?
Yes. I’ll guide you through each entire workout. It’s going to be an absolute blast with epic sweaty tunes.
I’m 40 plus, can I do this challenge?
