What’s Next?

Step 1.

If you’re new to the Studio Era app, complete your onboarding. Welcome! 🥰

Step 2.

Head over to the Studio Era Community and introduce yourself. This is where a lot of magic will take place. The community is amazing. You will need to create a Skool account if you don’t have one yet. It’ll only take 20 seconds and it’s totally free.

Step 3.

If you’re using equipment which I highly recommend, make sure you have everything ready to go. Amazon or your local department store will have anything you need. I’ll be using:

  • 1x booty band

  • 1x heavy pair of dumbbells - 15+lbs (7+kg)

  • 1x medium pair of dumbells - 9+lbs (4+kg)

  • 1x light pair of dumbbells - 4+lbs (2+kg)

Step 4. Optional But Recommended

Take the Studio Era protocol video course. This is a foundational course and will really help you build your health and fitness from a strong place.

Challenge Requirements

  • Complete your workout or walk each day as the program requires.

  • Check in by commenting on the challenge community post each day and let everyone know how your workout was. (The post will be pinned to the top of the community when the challenge starts.)

How To Use A Meal Plan

  • The available meal plans will be rounded up to the nearest hundred calories (1600, 1700, 1800 etc…)

  • Once you have completed your app onboarding, you will be given your recommended daily calorie intake. If you’d like to, choose a meal plan thats closest to your recommended target.

  • For example, if your recommended calories are 1735, choose the 1700 calorie meal plan.

  • Once selected, you can access your shopping list via the ‘bag’ icon in the top right of your nutrition dashboard.
