The Summer Sizzle Challenge is a 21-day fat loss focussed program designed for women who are ready to get serious.
Youβll build habits, routine and momentum that lead to real results. Weβll start together May 31st to stay motivated, keep each other accountable and start summer on the right foot.

β Dumbbells: 2kg (5lbs), 5kg (10lbs), 7kg (15lbs)
β Booty Band
β Yoga Block (cork preferably)

π Challenge Basics:
β Start date: September 1st (in your local timezone)
β Workout schedule: Every second day
β Rest day movement: Walks scheduled on the days in between
β Step goal: Aim for 8,000+ steps daily
β Workout length: ~30β40 minutes
β Workouts unlock 1β2 days in advance (theyβre a surprise π)
β Log your check-ins: At the start, weekly, and at the end (weβll show you how below)
β Leave a comment daily on the challenge community post β tell us how your day went (even if it was hard!) -
